Partnerships

A key factor in DNR's ability to achieve its results is its successful partnerships with community groups, Catchment Management Authorities, local government, NSW and other state government agencies, the Federal Government and other organisations (such as CRC's and Universities) that have common interests and objectives. Effective relationships ensure the best possible outcomes for communities, Aboriginal and heritage sites and the environment. Partnership arrangements also contribute to the achievement of the Natural Resources Commission state-wide standards and targets .
