Proposed Amendments to the Coopers Creek Water Sharing Plan

It is proposed to amend the Coopers Creek water sharing plan following a Land and Environment Court challenge and a subsequent out of court settlement. The proposed amendments have been on public exhibition for comment. The exhibition period closed 13 June 2008. A decision regarding the proposed amendments will be made as soon as possible. Proposed Amendments to the Ourimbah Creek and Jilliby Jilliby Creek Water Sharing Plans

It is proposed to amend the Ourimbah and Jilliby Jilliby Creek water sharing plans following development of the draft water sharing plan for the Central Coast Unregulated Water Sources. The proposed amendments will be on public exhibition for comment from Monday 10th November 2008 until Wednesday 28th January 2009. Submissions will be reviewed by the Hunter Regional Panel.
