Applying for New Leases or Licences

• General Enquiry for Available Crown Land
  Use this form to make an enquiry about the sale, lease or licence of Crown Land
• Application for a Licence over Crown Land
  If you wish to apply for a Licence over Crown Land you can use this form.
• Application for a New Western Lands Lease
  If you would like to apply for a new Western Lands Lease, you can use this form.
• Application for a lease within the Curlwaa Special Land District
  If you would like to apply for a new Curlwaa Lease, you can use this form.

Extending Term Renewing Leases

• Application for the Extension of Term of a Western Lands Lease
  If you have a Western Lands Lease that was granted for a term of years, you may apply to extend the term using this form.
• Application for the Extension of Term of a Western Lands Lease to Perpetuity
  If you have a Western Lands Lease that was granted for a term of years, you may apply to extend the term to Perpetuity using this form.

Purchasing New Leases or Licences

• Application for the Purchase of a Western Lands Lease
  If you have a Western Lands Lease with a Purpose of Residence, Business or Agriculture (but not Grazing or Pastoral Purposes), you can use this form to apply to purchase the land you are leasing.

  Application must be made on Form 14 to Transfer a Western Lands Lease - Section 18G of the Western Lands Act 1901.

  Use this form to apply for alteration to conditions attached to a Western Lands Lease
